The questions that come most.
How far in advance should we book?
Three months is comfortable, six is ideal for anything with travel attached. Requests inside six weeks are still welcome — they are simply harder to place, and the team will tell you honestly and quickly if the date cannot hold.
We are a small church with almost no budget. Should we still ask?
Yes. A portion of every year is deliberately kept for local congregations who cannot pay a standard honorarium. Say so plainly in your message — it will not count against you.
Does she travel with a band?
She can come solo, with a rhythm section, or with the full fourteen-piece ensemble. Tick what you are hoping for in the booking form and the team will send technical and hospitality riders for each option.
Can we record or livestream the ministration?
Almost always yes, with a short written agreement covering how the footage is used. Mention it up front so it is settled before the day rather than during soundcheck.
Where do I get photos, bio, and stage requirements?
Ask for the press kit through this form and it comes back as one link: approved biography at three lengths, high-resolution images, logo files, technical rider, and hospitality rider.
I want mentorship. Is this the right form?
Yes. Mentorship runs under the ministry, with intake every January and July — send a message here and say which intake you are aiming for. It is a separate thing from the Symphony Talent Quest, which has its own application because it collects your music — singers, songwriters, instrumentalists and producers are all welcome to apply.
